Dr. Dov Charles Goldenberg

Dr. Dov Goldenberg graduated at University of São Paulo Medical School in 1992. He completed Medical Residency in General Surgery in 1996 and Plastic Surgery in 1999, both at the Hospital das Clínicas – University of São Paulo Medical School.
In 2003, he obtained a Master's degree in Sciences, with a study on the treatment of Infantile Hemangioma.
In 2006, he obtained a PhD degree with a thesis in the area of Craniomaxillofacial Surgery.
In 2010, Dr. Dov Charles Goldenberg obtained the title of Professor (Private Docent) at the University of São Paulo Medical School.
From graduation to present day Dr. Dov constantly participates in domestic and international scientific events, as a participant, speaker and organizer.
To improve his training, he has made countless trips abroad, including visits to various Plastic Surgery Services in the United States (Harvard, UCI), France (Saint Louis Hospital, Necker Hospital) and Germany (University of Hamburg – Eppendorf).

He is Past-President of the Brazilian Association of Craniomaxillofacial Surgery, position he held from 2010 to 2014. He was head of the Craniomaxillofacial Surgery Chapter of the Brazilian Society of Plastic Surgery in the 2012-2014.
Dr. Dov is the Editor-in-Chief of the Brazilian Journal of Plastic Surgery since 2016. He was International Associate Editor of the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Journal (PRS) for 4 years (2012-2016) and is still Member of the Review Board of the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Journal and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Journal (PRS and PRS-GO ) and Aesthetic Surgery Journal.
